La potente parrilla de contacto LONO de la marca alemana WMF está fabricada en acero inoxidable Cromargan® cepillado. La ventaja es la temperatura de asado ajustable en cinco etapas. Puede utilizarla como parrilla de contacto para cocinar los alimentos de manera uniforme por ambos lados entre las placas de 650 cm2. Las rebanadas se ajustan al tamaño de los ingredientes que se preparan, asegurando así un contacto ideal entre la superficie de la parrilla y los alimentos.
Ambasplacas de la parrilla están hechas de aluminio fundido duradero con una superficie antiadherente, que conduce el calor muy bien. La superficie acanalada es ideal para asar, ya que da a los alimentos el sabor específico tan típico de la parrilla.
